FYI - My goal this year has been to expand learning opportunities for the HOA world as there is such a void in available information. I keep an email listing of people interested in the new classes available. Contact me if you want to be added to that list or know someone who does.

If you sign up between now and the end of the year you will get all of the rest of the pubs from this year AND the entire year 2007 for the price for one year. All subscription billings will occur in January and anyone not paid by March 1 will be taken off the list. If you are already a subscriber and have some $$ invested in the paper versions, contact me directly so I can give consideration for that.

If you are a manager with an HOA list and employees who could use this information, and have HOA Boards who can also use it, then contact me about rates for that. You could purchase it for your employees at the above rates and get copies sent via pdf for each board member of each association for $25per association, per publication.
