HOA DISCLOSURES MINUTES POLICY - SAMPLE
Any owner may request and obtain copies of the Minutes of the Association meetings that are not the subject of Executive Sessions. There will be charges for copying the Minutes that must be paid by the Owner.
To obtain copies of the minutes, submit your request in this format:
"I, the undersigned, hereby request copies of the Minutes from the following meetings (give dates):_________________________ ...
I am a member of the association; my property address within the association is: ___________________________________________________________.
My mailing address is: _____________________________________________
I understand there is a charge for providing the minutes and agree to pay the charge." |
