Where are all the Inspectors of Election going to come from that are required by the new HOA elections laws that took effect in July 2006? As time goes on, this guide will be expanded and improved with additional information and FAQs on how to avoid uncomfortable situations. Periodically, I will arrange telephone conference calls for those performing the work to discuss problems and brainstorm solutions.

I may be developing classes for people who want to become Inspectors of Election if I get enough interest in the prospect. HOAs that will need to hire Inspectors of Election and managers can request classes by groups, or individually. I will do what I can to arrange web classes if the interest is there.   

In the meantime, I also receive requests for individual consultations and training. You and any friends or colleagues can ask for a group or individual consultation. The cost is $325 per hour which can be split up among the parties that want the telephone conference call to discuss how to become an inspector or related information. I can do a speaker phone conference call for any group or discuss how to get a business started to do this work. Any session can be tailored to your specific needs.
